While I'm aware this tale is fictional it nonetheless resonated within me like few other have in my life and i was completely lost in the story, and it's characters, from beginning to end.
Honestly, upon finishing, I cried.
I have always tried to live my life by giving unto others, by a simple, and at times , not so simple motto, which is to cause no harm in word or deed to a fellow human and by the only thing my Grandmother ever insisted on, the Golden Rule.
We all at some time, question what our reason is for being here.
Most of us hope that we will have had a positive impact on others.during our journey to understand what it means to be Human.
This book came to me literally out of nowhere at a time I was beginning doubt myself and the path I have chosen.
I cannot find the words to do justice to this book or it's Author so I do the next best thing.
Every time I see this book at a book store, thrift store or yard sale ( and I can recognize the spine from 15 ft away ) I snatch it up and gift it to anyone I come in contact with and ask them to do the same because I truly believe it just may contain that one nugget of hope they, or someone they know, may be needing in their life.
