This isn't blind taste testing. Bobby Flay ALWAYS uses peppers to add spice to his dishes. The judges can always tell which dish is his. I like Bobby Flay but the spicey peppers are his "tell". Just like a game of poker....dead giveaway to the judges! Contestants don't have a fair chance of winning.
