Very cool makeovers! Tasteful, expensive, and thoughtful. But the cast. Geez, they are terrible. Most of them clamoring for camera time, shouting over each other and creating fake drama. And the host, while I'm sure lovely and fun to be around in real life, on the show she is manic and loud! She shouts at workers constantly to "Hurry up!" even at times with a bullhorn just feet away from them. God, that's awful to watch.
