I love this book. It's very discriptive and it's a slow pace, which I tend to like. The slow-burn romance is AMAZING, and while I'm usually not a big fan of sci-fi, the author Alexa Donne made it very enjoyable.
I first found out about the author when I read the Ivies (which is also amazing) and then I started watching her youtube channel, unaware that she was the author of the thriller. When I realized, I was amazed, and then I found out about her debut novel, Brightly Burning.
Overall, I love this novel. And while I know the cover isn't by the author, it's amazing and I can't help but flip the book over every few minutes to look at it.
