Really loved season one but season two lacked the feeling of urgency and spent too much time with Barry holding back and fighting his natural instincts. I understand that this was part of his arc and growth but it felt too drawn out and more like an entire season spent setting up season three.

Rather high concept musical which is really fresh these days - especially since it tackled dark themes of depression and manic psychological behavior. But the humor has bite and I really bought into it until the last season when it seemed to run out of steam and started to rehash old plot lines.

An awful example of taking a brilliant show like Miranda and dumbing it down to Two Broke Girls level.

What an exceptional and smartly written dark sci-fi comedy. Never winks at the audience but earns the laughs by developing characters and not being afraid to be bold. More folks should discover this gem on Hulu.
