The story is very refreshing. Well narrated and depicted. Dulquer Salman lived in the role as Charlie. Tressa the lead female character was portrayed by Parvathy. The movie talks about living life unbounded. Tessa, lead female character is a free spirited women, who doesn't want to marry a boring person leaves house. The previous tenant of the house she lives in was a vagabond. He leaves behind all his belongings. She comes across a mysterious book which is unfinished. Tries to trace the vagabond and comes across characters whom he touched and left lasting impressions. Visits all the places he has been and meets the people whom he met in course of his life. In the end manages to meet him. Charlie, whom the movie is named after is a vagabond. He lives life to the fullest and leaves a lasting impression in the lives of people whom he comes across. He leaves them immediately making them long for his company. He eludes Tressa for a very long time and meets her at Thrissur Puram. End of the story.
