Great movie, a lot happens too fast, but its better than so many new fantasy series, where they take 10 episodes to show half the story that this film had. Obviously, being fast paced, doesn't leave room for much character intricacies or development, but character progression happens logically, so I don't mind. I prefer that the story goes fast, than watch a slow movie that just acts as a trailer for its planned trilogy.

I liked it, its dark, well written characters, there's love, hate, rage, betrayal, sacrifice, grief but also genuine beauty. The struggle to protect what's most important is the common theme throughout. Some of the plot lines made me think the writers must have had a very diabolical mind to come up with the particular idea. Enjoyed it though sometimes I got slow, esp with Elena. This show is much better than most of the today's teen fantasy drama, much more mature and complex storylines and character arcs.

This feels like a film, rather than the earlier blunder of hacking together meaningless action sequences one after another, without portraying what actually fueled those characters. Its not perfect, but its beautiful if you are a DC characters fan from childhood. It does justice to those characters. Few minor things I disliked, it felt a bit unpolished at some moments where background tracks or some of the slow motion scenes felt a bit out of place or superfluous. But the overall film is very good, not epic, but very good, as an origin story for the justice league.

Except underdeveloped storyline, the extended version was brilliant to watch. It offered a great contrast to the Marvel movies which gave most of its heroes a street-punk type vibe, whereas these have a Greek-god/goddess type vibe. Unfortunately the audience prefers everything candy-flossed and want jokes even during war scenes. Which is why we got the mess of Justice League as Snyder could not fulfill his vision. Sad.
