This is a great study of the USA electric grid and its' liabilities. Before anyone can solve a problem it is a good practice to understand the many causes and conditions of that problem. This book details the problem and describes the conditions that prevent an easy fix. What it doesn't do is propose a feasible solution. I guess this is the implied challenge for the reader.
