This game is the definition of "Squandering a Golden Opportunity". Control mechanics are very clunky and unresponsive, loot system consists of 3-4 style of items with varying stats, you can change those items' skins (colours/tint) but there's otherwise no customization. You play the story of 4 of the most epic characters in the D&D universe with no character emphasis/development.
It really is a shame because the basic gameplay behind it is enjoyable; and as a D&D thing it does entice you to play with your friends to make the experience more enjoyable - But in the end we always felt slightly annoyed at the whole gaming session because of bugs that should have been addressed but never were nor will.
Try it if you have it for free with Game Pass or something like that; otherwise it's simply not worth whatever value it's being sold at
