This is the first Taiwanese drama I watched. I usually only watch Korean dramas, and I started this one because I love the traveling back to 1989 idea. The overall quality of the drama (pacing, acting, script)is lower than Korean dramas, however, if you can watch past the first half, the second half is really good, I couldn’t stop watching once I got to the last 5 episodes. *spoiler alert”: I think the ending is just fine and logical: Basically Zhen zhen was teleported to 2016 from 1993 after saving the toddler Chen Che..that’s why she appeared suddenly at the end..I think this is a smart way to give them a happy ending...this way they can be together around the same age in 2016...
