I don't live in Detroit but feel that the city is blessed by 2 individuals that are rebuilding Detroit one house at a time. They both have a skill set that they could take to any other neighborhood in any city/state and have much larger profit margins if they wanted. Some of the design aspects are not so much in my favor but it's amazing on how well they are able to take some crazy design patterns and make it work with their staging elements. Hands off to 2 great guys and look forward to more future renovations!
