I adored it, I've been a fan of the books since the first series was coming out, and while it's not 1:1, it was never going to be. It's an adaptation, and a fantastic adaptation, that keeps the soul of purpose of the books while fixing the things that would not otherwise suit TV. It's well acted, it's visually beautiful, and I can't wait for more.
