Belladonna Rose (GLAPHORDESA)

A fun and sweet movie about self-love and acceptance. Some jokes aren't exactly family friendly, but it was an enjoyable modern fairytale.

Convoluted and very trite. Had very little satisfaction in the detective plot and including supernatural themes and satanism just made it even cheesier. The gore and jump scares are cheap, not even trying to give a scare outside of base instinctual fears that would spook any normal person. Maybe the execution could've worked if the writing was good and if the actors weren't told to act like they were from Possibly in Michigan. The only reason it's two stars and not one is because the cinematography and lighting was very unique and pretty. A complete waste of time that made me feel guilty for suggesting that we watch a movie tonight at all.

God, the mother is such a narcissist. I hated watching this boring dysfunctional family if I wanted that I'd check in with some older internet friends. Giving it two stars because at least it was a film with a story and the camerawork was pretty good. It's saturated to all heck though and it hurts your eyes after a while.
