I just finished this and I am so glad for having watched this. Great storytelling and superb acting. It’s predominantly a period piece that starts with the present. Heartwarming, funny, intelligent, and at times, sad, too but never depressing. It was hard to stop with each episode as I just kept on wanting more. Definitely one of the better kdramas I’ve watched.

So well written with unexpected twists and turns. The acting was superb and overall, it was one riveting story. Not your run-of-the mill mystery, suspense, love story.

I just finished watching this and I highly recommend it. If you want a love story that dares to defy fate and all odds, then this is the one for you. The plot, which goes from light hearted to grave seamlessly, besides being unique, is also tightly interwoven with each detail lending itself logically to what happens next. The actors also embodied their characters superbly such that it makes your heart ache for them. And, there’s the musical score that perfectly underlines the whole narrative. A must see for kdrama lovers like me.
