If you like Chicago the musical it is like a modern version of it , almost as if Velma and Roxy ran a lounge after getting out of prison. The music is amazing , the writing is good , the dancing amazing . Stanely Tucci is awesome . A must watch for Chicago fans, people who like Jazz musicals and some drama.

This tv show is amazing. I have never seen this good cinematography and acting combined in one show. The acting is absoultlely amazing. The detail is incredible and the combination and history, the 70s and the present fit perfectly into the show I literally didn't have to think once about the storyline ( where it was going or what was happening). I like the challenges set on us Caucasians to do a better job of respecting and re-learning from our past beliefs or stereotypes we were told about the African American community. I can't wait for season two!! Disclamer: sorry if any of you reviewers found this review offensive or misjudged, I just want to share my point of view and opinion on this show and give possible watchers the best description for people of all ethnicities .
