I love this book from start to finish. I think this would be the only self improvement book that one would require if applied correctly. The best part of the book is when it talks about the miracles of positive assertive self talk and the alteration of mood. I applied this personally and it proved wonders. We are all always thinking and if we change our self talk,we can change our emotions and our perceptions of situations. The second best thing I liked was designating willing and unwilling to different habits. For me,being unwilling to self sabotaging habits was more useful. In life,everything comes down to whether we are willing or unwilling.
