yes had that exact same scam happen to me yesterday.got call from someone saying were from cibc visa and had charges to uk.was so convincing as i alrrady had my computer on told me to look.here he was on my computer with all my banking information said that i was at shoppers drug mart rex pharmacy and sevenelven.then says clerk at sevenelven did that even said its a scam and police on it.said how do i know your not scam .he hung up.i went directly to bank changed my cards and at my daughter's computer changed all passwords.then when wanted to turn on my computer was frozen.cant get into it .now have to buy new one
