I loved it. I thought only a dull closed mind couldnโt appreciate such art and devotion to the making of a movie. The fact that it had a rather happy ending is proof of how much disneys Americanization has changed Italy. I think as a fable it may need to be watched twice. So much hidden agenda and depth of the suffering of the wealthy and poor, combined.
