As a nurse of 16 years, I find this ridiculous show incredibly offensive. In addition to not being even remotely accurate or realistic. Showing brand new nurses being assigned to units all over a hospital with no preceptor or orientation, sleeping with doctors, violating HIPAA, and having organ donation conversations with families. Shame on you NBC for portraying nurses this way.
