The movie IF was a disappointment. It was very slow moving in the plot and the imaginary characters could have been more creative than an ice cube, gummy bear, green slime and huge purple monster. The ending made sense in that Elizabeth’s imaginary friend was the clown who helped her deal with her mom’s death and dad’s surgery. It shows the transition from childhood to growing up and finding comfort in imaginary friends even as adults as her grandmother found as a dancer.
