I had the worst experience with greyhound if I could give it no stars I would ! my name is Lay I left Savannah ga on January 15th 2024 and was supposed to back to Pittsburgh pa the next day it took me 2 in a half days to get home also I had a stop in charlotte nc the bus was supposed to come at 3:20am it never came had to wait 12hours there for the next bus they gave different story’s to why the bus never show they said it’s no bus that’s gonna leave from Charlotte Nc then said the guy was fueling an coming back it was the same bus we got off which didn’t make sense because the greyhound driver told us he was gonna fuel then comeback but had us take our suitcases off the bus it was so many lies that been told then when I got to Richmond Va at approximately 8:20 pm on wednesday Jan 17th a bus was supposed to to come at 10:00 the greyhound station workers never gave us an answer to what happened to the bus there was a guy who worked in the greyhound station who told everyone which was about 4 people including me who was going to Pittsburgh pa that we can just ride the bus to Washington pa he said he just checked there was a bus leaving from Washington Dc to Pittsburgh Ms Monroe which is the bus driver for bus number 6142 Ms Monroe was talking to the other greyhound worker he went back into the building I then told her what he said about riding the bus up to Washington Dc to get a bus to Pittsburgh Pa she then got smart with me and the guy next to me and yelled she’s not doing it I went and got the other greyhound worker who told us to ride that bus to Washington Dc because the last bus that was supposed to take us just left us then Ms Monroe was about to let people on I started asking her questions to see if she knew about the buses she got mad yelled at me and jump in my face and was pointing in my face an told me I was being smart and I wasn’t the guy next to me told Ms Monroe she didn’t have to jump in my face or point in my face nor yell at me that was rude she started getting smart with him in told him he couldn’t get on the bus all because he was trying to tell her how disrespectful she was being to me I then said to ms Monroe while crying I’m just trying to get home all I was asking was a question i’m going through something I don’t need nobody jumping in my face or pointing ms Monroe said to me she doesn’t care everyone’s going through something she was rude and insensitive she told me to shut my damn mouth or she wouldn’t give us a ride or the other 2 guys that told her she was wrong for disrespecting me I have a video of her pointing in jumping my face and yelling she let us on the bus an mumble the N word I looked at him he told me to not even say nothing we will handle it through greyhound As we got on the bus she told us to sit together in we better sit behind her if she hears anything out of us she will kick us off on the side of the road the witness I have his number I emailed greyhound the day before about the bus just up am leaving us seems like things got worse like one the other bus there was a guy sitting in front of me and the seats pushed back and smashed me ! I was so embarrassed my knees and shoulders hurt people seen it the bus didn’t do nun until he stopped he fixed the seats the guy on the bus name Kyle was the one really making sure I was ok waiting to hear back by tomorrow from them if there isn’t a better response then I know what the next steps to do !
