The original game was breath of fire MMO. So, Dragons Dogma is not Dragons Dogma. With that said. All the element and structure of the game is not there. 12 years later, this is the best that they can do? I logged in hundreds of hours with original DD and Dark Arisen. This game feels and plays exactly like dark souls 1 but minus the elements of that genre. The opening, your a prisoner. Sound familiar? Press Start/options. It's the inventory screen. Look familiar? When you move. Feels kind of floaty / slight delay. Seems familiar? I could keep giving you evidence. Point is. It is a dark souls game with dragons dogma textures. Capcom removed the dragon and dark from the games title. All you have is a rushed, lifeless game that appeals to no one of the genres. There are better souls clones out there than this one. Sadly, DD fans we are not getting another DD game. It is about money with Capcom now and trend chasing to pay shareholders. I'm warning you to wait till this goes on sale for 20 USD.
