This game is a 2025 game and has the same graphics as Scarlet and Violet which released in 2022… you can’t even go inside 99% of buildings… like why make an entire city the map if you’re just gonna make the buildings like that? Also really? A single layer map? Game freak is lazy!!! They clearly hate making pokemon games cause their next game has unreal engine style graphics!!! The game alone is $60, plus the dlc… plus Nintendo online to play ranked matches in order to get special items… like what? Your online servers are trash, why would you make that an essential part of the game? Also I wanna call out the people in the reviews saying “ignore the 1 stars they are just haters” yeah no… Game Freak in 2026 is releasing Beast of Reincarnation. This game is in the same league on textures and graphics with regular triple A games… again game freak had 3 years to make a new pokemon game… sure it runs more smooth on the next gen, so basically in order to truly enjoy the game that locks out half of the pokemon… cause they want you to buy the dlc… but they would prefer you also buy the Switch2 which runs the best on this generic Pokemon game. So not only are you going to spend $70 on the game you need to spend another $400+ depending on tariffs for the RIGHT console.
