I regret buying EA Sports FC 26. The gameplay feels lazy, recycled, and frustrating, with no real improvements to justify the price. To make things worse, EA’s customer service flat-out refused to honor their own refund policy, even though I requested a refund within 14 days and with under 10 hours of playtime. Support agents either shut down the chat or gave me excuses instead of following the published guarantee. This is unacceptable from a company of this size. Be warned: EA does not respect its own refund terms, and you’re left stuck with a broken product. Absolute disgrace.
