Certainly not perfect, but I’ll be honest: I really had fun. Enjoyed that Arthur was a bit more lighthearted with (SPOILER) being a father, his relationship with Orm was intriguing and healing, and the action was pretty solid ngl. The villain aspect was only sorta ok, but it wasn’t BAD. He had the potential to be more of a threat, but this movie felt like we should’ve seen MORE of that threat to Atlantis than we did; like, you get that sense towards the beginning, but then it becomes an adventure to get to their base, which is fine, but should’ve given us more. Ultimately it’s more like a 3.75 but really not bad

By the end of the show, I loved it! Not gonna lie: I was skeptical. At times, even now, I don’t think it’s the way that I wanted a live-action RE show to go, but I actually think that it’s very solid: good acting, an increasingly solid story that starts out kinda slow & grows immensely fast! Again, it totally changed my mind. It’s not perfect, but I actually think it’s very good

Very well acted (particularly Lambert Wilson, Isabelle Carré, and Tim Hudson as Churchill) with beautiful cinematography & a tense, engaging plot. Would’ve liked to have seen more of what De Gaulle did during the war, after he was set up in London as the head of the pro-war, anti-defeatist movement of the French. Sometimes it seems that the scope of the plot doesn’t go as far as Darkest Hour, but it IS a solid movie.

At best a 4; at worst a 3. Action is pretty good; not perfect, but it’s solid; character development is overall strong too. I hate to say it, but it’s main problem is that it’s not really (or at least completely) Obi-Wan’s story. I actually loved leia, and don’t think this child actress (or any) should be harassed for her role: she did well. Reva was an interesting character, but it seemed like it was really her story, not Obi-Wan’s. A reva show would’ve been good, but it definitely feels like Obi-Wan was more a means to an end, than the end in the story.
