My only criticism of this landmark book is that a sequel has not been published yet. This fast-paced narrative of one of America's greatest treasures moves faster with time. From the end of the book to today is another book. Today, destruction continues only by greedier, more efficient forces acting on a less educated public as critical thinking wanes. Mr. Davis start writing Part II.
