I understand that it’s showing how poorly prepared for a nuclear strike the US is and the process that goes into it unraveling - but this movie hops around to multiple departments and moves backwards and forwards multiple times without guiding you there. You catch on but it’s aggravating. And the movie ends without an ending - just waiting on everyone to make a decision or the missle to touch down. I’m irritated enough about this movie that I’ve made a review. Wish I’d never watched it. 😑
