Very disappointed with Alien Romulus. I now rank it just below one of the worst movies I have ever watched, Oculus. I wish I could get that time back. It was nothing more than a hodgepodge of iconic scenes and lines from the other Alien movies. I was so expecting it to pick up with David at the end of Alien Covenant. Instead there was really no story line and the sound was nearly deafening in the theater we watched it in. I was so excited about it coming out that I invited and paid for my adult children to join me. I found myself apologizing after it was done. Wish I could get a refund. I would write more but I’m too disappointed to give it any more of my time. If you are a true Alien fan, don’t waste your time nor money.
