Crash landing on you surely crash landed on my heart and created a special place! Such a beautiful story about true love between Se-ri and Capt. Ri and about the people who selflessly supported them in their journey. I was mesmerized with Capt. Ri Jeong-hyeok's handsome looks, strong build and elegant mannerisms. Honestly, I began to watch the initial episodes just to get more glimpses of Capt. Ri! He's certainly every woman's heartthrob; he is kind, upright, ethical, and though he tries to show that he is practical and detached; underneath he's very vulnerable and gentle. Se-ri is very sweet and endearing and you always yearn to see both Capt. Ri and Se-ri together. Their separation hurts you, their sad moments trouble you and their happiness makes you happy! They literally make you walk along with them in their journey - such is the power of their chemistry. Equally valuable is Capt. Ri's team of 4 soldiers - they are naive, frugal, warm-hearted, cheerful and add so much fun and laughter to the show. They have an unmatched loyalty and solidarity for Capt Ri. Their mission is to protect Se-ri; they never betray their Capt. or try harm her dignity. They share a tender camaraderie with Se-ri and she keeps her promises made to them when they go to SK. All that is so lovely to watch! The village women add a plethora of emotions to the show; initially they are judgmental of Se-ri but she quickly wins their hearts with her charisma. The highlight of the show was - when Se-ri launched beauty products named after her friends; that gesture was a unique tribute to the affection she shared with the village women. The show is quite unrealistic, but one really doesn't feel like coming out of the beautiful and dreamlike story of gentle love and gratitude shown here. I absolutely loved this show!
