I finished this masterpiece in 2023, and it proved the universality of literature. The novel " khuda ki basti" was written in 60s but its characters are alive. Perhaps, only names are changed but everything else is same. A plot based on real pakistani society gives us a deep understanding of what happened and what is happening. A must read book in the context of our present situation.
