Hala Rammal

I loved this show! It's so heartwarmingly funny, open-minded, and fresh! It offers a glimpse (and a quite realistic one dare I say) of the life of immigrants, but not only! I think it portrayed familial relationships in a realistic way that managed to capture how complex things can get. It also succeeded in portraying the latter from multiple points of view (first and second generation). The characters are well developed and it felt like I was there with them! I was just disappointed with the terms on which the show ended...fifth season ended well, but not as a serious finally to mt liking.
