Found the film a huge disappointment. Lacked depth in storyline and plot and didn't really get to know or understand the characters, notably Superman himself. They should have remade the classic version of the original Superman, showing him escaping a disintegrating Krypton and arriving on Earth to be taken in by the Kents. That would have built up his character. Instead we got a diatribe of the usual (recent trend) of comic book nonsense with ludicrous multiple super hero's and villans it was hard to keep up. A simple battle between out hero and his villainous enemy Lex Luther would have sufficed.
