Excellent performance by Mia portraying a very brave woman Robyn Davidson in 1977 trekking across the Desert with hideous terrain meeting Indigenous people who were friendly & welcoming! I loved that the Producers made the film believable with John Curran’s Directing!! I personally loved it & have respect for Robyn & her tenacity! 😍

“Psychological thriller” seriously I don’t think so as description gives you expectations? 😳 The storyline was believable but the ending was predictable & somewhat cathartic? Acting was amazing considering the cast!

Just finished watching this Documentary it was so incredibly raw & powerful!! I travelled in India in 1989 & was blown away with the misogyny! Women are treated like slaves carrying heavy bags on their heads while the men sat around & drank chai tea! Ancient traditions & Cast systems, at least there are Oganisations available to help victims now! Nisha Pahuja is an amazing storyteller & she Directed this Doco in such volatile surroundings & it was worth bringing this to the World! Justice finally for a brave 13yr old girl & her Father Ranjit risking his life! 😁 Too many Indian women & girls are raped by stranger’s & husbands in small Villages & Cities the victims too scared to report, there is change ahead! Thank you Film crew & the brave father, mother & Victim support people.

Just finished watching this epic series based on a true story! The ensemble of actors, the screenplay incredibly transformed from a best selling book is mind lowering! Direction, production & soundtrack of 80’s music which brought back memories! I loved this Series highly recommend it! Trent Dalton & his family must be SO proud of this adaptation of a life of intrigue, fantasy, danger & the love of family!! 💜

Daniel Levy has excelled himself as a Director, writer & his acting is emotive, passionate, dramatic & convincing! 🥹 A strong accompanying cast makes for an enjoyable tearful experience. Luke Evans in the role of the husband/protagonist is brilliant & handsome as ever! 💖

Highly emotional charged series packed into 3 episodes! The women’s acting & screenplay were amazing!! Bella played an addict who fought for her sobriety after realising she was pregnant. She embraced the character! Jodie played a desperate Mother of 3 brilliantly! Totally recommend Season 2 as Season 1 was all consuming also!

Definitely worth watching!! A beginning, middle & conclusion! Screenplay is brilliant & excellent casting! Even though only 4 Episodes, the storyline was condensed (no boring moments) with dramatic ending! Loved it!! Direction & Production was authentic & contemporary showing our incredible Country!

This series is hard to describe you just have to experience it! Bravo Ricky Gervais well done as people in general will appreciate your sensitivity! 👍

I adored this movie, the theatre & intrigue very sleek! The attempt at control by jealous husband & the attraction between two people & their love of animals, Rosie the Elephant was the STAR! A+

I watched this Movie for 2nd time as started I thought the music was familiar! Just kept watching as I love the characters so vulnerable with loneliness, overindulgence with alcohol …. primarily the characters are believable & casting was well thought out! Friendship with kindness & no judgement just caring! Well written & directed by Mike Leigh, not sure if it is a comedy but it has humorous moments, Mary driving her little red car? It is worth watching because of the excellent acting & storyline!
