Not professional at all. Hourly rate was 209 with 2 hour minimum. It took the guys 3 hours to move, I was charged for 4, so it cost 844 dollars. The 3 movers were trying to hustle me for another 450 dollar cash tip on top of the company's price. They broke furniture and didn't say anything
