I watched the episode on Alaska. It was good. Very disappointing that at the end when he cooked his meal he did not invite the Thlingit man or any other Alaska Native for that matter to sit at the table and share the meal.
Southeast Alaska is the home of the Tlingit people was very disrespectful that their food was eaten but not invited to share in the feast.
