I am reaching the end of the book...I had started with very high hopes that something will come out as how TAS works or the systems TATTs adopt to be the most admired group of the country. So far I am only getting new names of TAS and feel that someone is telling the family story . I dnt think this book is this much worth. It in no ways can be of any help to the startups..as it was gifted to me by my son to read and take class for his employees...but i failed to dig gems for him...sorry my son I have to look elsewhere for you.
