I watched this film and it was very poorly made, the characters were boring and one dimensional, and the film was super boring, and a complete copy of other Skype, zoom/webcam confrence horror films. Skip this film. It is not worth watching, which is unfortunate as it started out really well to pique my interest as a viewer, but quickly became predictable, and super boring, and badly edited. I could barely see what was happening and the sound quality and monster makeup/costumes were there and gone within a second or two.

Heredirary was by far the BEST comedy film of the year 2018! The best scenes were at the typical teen or university party where Peter despite being a teen, or adult is forced by his mother, to take his much younger sister who is barely out of Kindergarten to-is the mother so clueless or concentrated on her useless doll houses and figurines that she doesn't care if her daughter goes to a party of teens or adults getting drunk and using other drugs? The ride home scene was hilarious as well as the freak out scenes, and when Peter and his friends at college smoke pot, and the ending as well. If you want a comedy, hereditary is it! Unfortunately as a horror film it is not that psycologically disturbing or scary. There are black holes in the plot, event horizons of errors or contradictions, and the main family of characters were so wooden and dull, except for the old lady of course.
