Dan & Cara Newton

An absolute abomination of a film, marking the death of Hollywood. In no way was this a prequel. No explanation, no origin story and a shallow, undeveloped friendship tale at best. 3 out of 4 of the people i saw it with fell asleep. This addition to the franchise is a grift, stealing time and money from an established audience who will be disappointed and confused at best and angered at worst. The most obvious theme was an ode to New York city. Lazy, pretentious and self righteous. A cat is the main character and even its performance was disappointing. Noone deserves to sit through this. Someone needs to put a stop to these atrocities. -1000/5
