Movie Goes from a well thought out mystery flick to a senseless slasher in the Philippines. It's a stupid story with no objective, and that's only hidden because of the intense gore and machines with knives for hands killing the Swat-ish force entering a laboratory. We see this through the eyes of a cyborg with a camera for a head. As I said previously it goes from the eyes of a news reporter investigating the rat man to a mindless slasher. As said before.
