Did not enjoy this installment or the plot. Why is Axle, at his age still in the same Chevy nova wearing the same jacket? How come he isn't the chief by now? He was a smarter cop than Jeffery and Jeffery was the deputy chief? Axles character never got a raise, a promotion, nothing? This one should have taken place in Detroit with Rosewood helping Axle solve a crime with Axle being Chief. Taggert retired in BHC3 how can you unretire into the chief position ?? My thoughts is , if you weren't in 3 then stay retired. The whole thing seemed unrealistic, rushed and relied on some of the same chases and car crashes from 1 and 2
