Ten minutes was painful, I am disgusted with ITV X & BBC for turning down an inspirational TV documentary about a man from Liverpool doing positive things with inner city people from Liverpool, Leeds, Dublin, Glasgow and many UK towns that need a positive narrative.
BBC & ITV Should support new production companies.
