Let's start from the top. Benny is one of the worst protagonists a movie has ever wanted me to support. Basically, whenever he was in some sort of danger the first thing that came to mind was "please let him die this time". This dude literally places his grandmother in mortal danger, gives up his brother, and disregards his morals/ values for a pretty face. The antagonists were predictable and forgettable. The vampire's powers worked one moment and then stopped working when it counts, making it very frustrating during "intense" action scenes. Plot? What plot. It was a simple get from point A to point B and kill everything inbetween. What makes makes me angrier is that there was so much potential, but like most Netlix fast-food specials they churn out sloppy flicks that waste it. This was a waste of 1 hour and 45 minutes I will never get back. The only thing that got me though it was trash talking it with my sisters. Amendment: my sister says the only good thing was the crazy lady, Zoe.
