Really enjoyed this series, much more interesting than a lot of Bundy documentaries I’ve watched.
I have to say, I’m baffled at the amount of idiots saying “I don’t understand what the feminist movement has to do with this” “too much feminism uhg annoying tuned out” hilarious...and worrying. How do you not make the link?! The position of society at the time is completely integral! Bundy abducted and killed women - funnily enough the what women were thinking and feeling at the time is relevant. Society was making strides in equality and then suddenly this wave of terror puts them back several steps. That’s the most basic explanation. Women were starting to finally feel braver in this little part of the world and then this wave of fear stunted that. you can look into that however much you want - where would these theories be explored? In feminism? Oh! Interesting! Understand? It’s really not difficult. It’s so irritating to see so many people on the internet who just can’t be arsed to think and the second the F word comes out their eyes roll back so far in their head you think they’re going to have some kind of seizure. Calm down and listen for once, I’ve had enough.
