I’m going to be real honest, I had high hopes for this book as it is strongly recommended and advertised in church. The author effectively brings feelings of conviction to me but rarely offers what to do in place of my fleshly parenting ways. I felt convicted every chapter, defeated with no solid examples of how to improve. I would say maybe this is more fit for the expecting parents, but even then it repeats what not to do, not what to do.
