When I initially signed up, it was confusing and I wasn't able to speak to anyone. After that, I was continually unable to get any help from customer support despite multiple attempts, I didn't order the meals but they were sent anyway and I was charged for them. At my telehealth appointment, which was about a week and a half after I initially signed up, I wanted for twenty minutes where I was sent to the queue of a physician who is not licensed in my state, so therefore couldn't help me. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes while someone stamped to find me a provider and then my call was disconnected by the company. After my telehealth appointment conundrum, I received a call from someone named Honey who said she would reschedule my appointment for me, but I told them I just wanted to cancel everything instead because at this point I was feeling incredibly frustrated and couldn't continue to waste time and energy. She assured me that that would happen and that she would pass it on to billing. She started she would follow up via email and call me after our phone call to let me know that it was done. I did ask for her agent ID and a direct number at which to contact her and she would not give it to me. I have not gotten that email and in fact the only email I have gotten this entire time is one from someone named Aaron on the support team who told me that he was told that I wanted to cancel my meals but that if I did cancel my meals I would have to pay the $59 fee or I could continue to get them weekly for the next 4 weeks as previously signed up for. I told him that I did not sign up for these meals and that I never consented to being charged for them and that I wanted a full refund for everything and whether he needed to send it higher up in order to get this done, I didn't particularly care as long as the money was returned to my card. he never sent me a response back and now I see an attempted $59 charge for the meal cancellation. To say I'm livid is an understatement. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know to stay far, far away.
