This is genuinely the best book I’ve read in a long time. The characters are great, the story feels fresh and new, and the PLOT TWISTS. That last one at the end, oh my gosh…. Literally gasped out loud and had to reread the paragraph. (But in hindsight it makes so much sense????) I’m not normally an enjoyer of romance in stories, but Edei and Io kept me so interested in the story. This is such a great sequel, and honestly is better than the first book- a hard thing to accomplish!!
