This is absolutely amazing. The greatest film I've seen in decades. Outstanding Oscar caliber cast. Go See This.

This was a very well-thought-out, written, acted, and most importantly narrated series. I love the storytelling and direction by legendary director Robert Townsend. The truth about his parents and their insidious feelings (about Black women) and sometime racism was shocking, then again, not so much. I lived this story, I could have rewritten a few parts, and it would have been my story. I hope there is a next season, and he tells the story up to his life today. Bravo!
