Hardcore in the fandom for crossovers, big fan of new heroes on the screen. As for my opinion based on The 1st episode of Miss Marvel, I loved the portrayal to Kamala Khan very spot on personality and how much of a marvel nerd she is. The story direction, scenes music all nice. Perfect introduction to how her Identity starts to form as a person. But, I do like for characters to have originality or authentic representation of comics an this is more of a skewed perspective. Her powers do have a relation to MCU but not how they are portraying it here. In addition her origin story sucked! because originally in the comic it was so much cooler and mysterious. Even Carol Danvers risked her life to accidentally get her powers. Yo I get marvel wanted to make her powers flashier and stronger, but you have some heroes without flashy power and to change them is saying an understatement because in the comics that shaped her identity. I can compare her powers to green lanturn now and that seems weird.
