Home Safe is by far the worst Home Warranty Company I have ever had. They drug out the claim review process for 13 days. Just imagine if I want d that long to make the repair on my own. The repair needed was to an AC condenser fan. I had to call repeatedly to get an adjuster to review an follow up on the requested service order for fan replacement. Finally after 13 days I get call back on how bad my unit was and that they would only cover 25% of the repair cost. I cancelled policies on 9 properties. No way would I allow them to treat my time and money without respect. Please STAY CLEAR! They will try and deflect blame away from Armis. Their claim company. The End Service is Horrible. I would not take the time to write this if it were not.
