Watched the first episode knowing a little about what happened in Ireland but knowing that this story in itself is not a true one and realising its a black humoured gothic metaphorical and allegorical dramatisation that does shift very quickly from scene to scene and one storyline to another, so its very inventive and can understand how it could put people off, you have to be prepared to be confused and bewildered because thats the main characters experience, this is her trauma although it asks a lot of questions that have yet to be answered.....you have to be patient!...or not as the case may be..
